Birthday Surprise (part 2)

Have you figured out what game the girls were going to play? If you guessed “Pin the Goggles on the Minion”, you guessed right! If you haven’t already figured it out, the girls decided on a Minion theme. πŸ˜‰

Because we had so many girls, we decided to divide everyone up in 4 groups, 3 groups of 4 and 1 group of 3. Each group had a winner who went on to the final round. Our semi-finalists were:
cass party 31
Abby, Jan, Trudy and Felicity! Each of the girls would get a chance to see who did the best in this round.

First up was Jan:
cass party 32
Not bad, a little high, but not too far off.

Next up was Trudy:
cass party 33
Hers was nice and centered, but a bit too low.

Then it was Abby’s turn:
cass party 34
Oh dear, not even close Abby!

Last was Felicity:
cass party 35
Wow, that is almost perfect!

cass party 36
Wait a second Felicity, did you cheat???

It was time to give out the prizes. Each of the semi-finalists got a Minion ball.

Felicity won the grand prize, what do you think it is?

Oh cool, a Stuart figure! Trudy even admitted it was pretty neat (which is a big deal, she’s the oldest of the whole group and hard to impress!)

The girls said they had a lot of fun with this game, now it was time for presents! Come back soon to see what goodies Cassandra got.

If you are interested in the “Pin the Goggles” game, I found it online, it can be printed for a full size game for humans! I just scaled it down some for the dolls. You can find it here, it’s a free download!

    • Felicity does have gorgeous eyes, doesn’t she? I am using a different camera too, it’s my old Sony H1, and I’m finding that the color reproduction on eyes and skin color is much better than with my Canon equipment!

Vests–I think they are sort of back in style, probably not as much as before though. Perhaps it’s been because of the college age girls who have turned the turtleneck/vest/jeans/boots(wellies) into their “uniform”.

      • There’s a photo floating around somewhere of Princess Catherine in the “uniform” too, must be a 20-30-something thing LOL.

Thanks! Evil Twin and I had a lot of fun setting things up for the photo shoots.

    • It was really fun checking out some of the stuff that was available and figuring out what I could adapt to this size. It’s probably a good thing she isn’t a “real” child! πŸ™‚
